Causal inference: Graphs tab
Every graph your organization has saved: open one, download it, delete one, or load it back into the Reasoning tab.
What the tab is for
Every discovery run saves its graph. The Graphs tab lists your organization's saved graphs, newest first, so you can come back to one without running again.
The list
Each card shows the graph's name, a description (the domain and the algorithm), its overall confidence (confidence not reported when the run measured none), its number of nodes and edges, and a Reasoning badge when this browser holds saved reasoning for it. Refresh reloads the list.
Graphs are named after the dataset and the date (UTC), for example "Sachs proteins Causal Graph - 2026-10-16", the same name the Discovery tab shows right after the run.
Open a graph
Select a graph's name. The right-hand side shows the graph, its version and creation date, the table of its relationships (weight, confidence, time lag) and, if you saved any in this browser, the reasoning results. Use for Reasoning makes it the current graph and opens the Reasoning tab.
Delete a graph
The bin button on a card asks first: Delete graph in the dialog deletes it, Cancel keeps it. A deleted graph cannot be restored. It disappears from this list, from Discovery runs and from the Overview's counts, and no longer counts towards your plan's number of graphs.
Exporting
Open a graph and select Download JSON: the file holds the graph as stored (its nodes, its edges with weight, confidence and time lag, and the engine's quality figures when the run reported them). For a picture, select Export on the graph and then PNG, SVG or PDF: the file is a sheet with the UCMT Labs header, the graph's name, its algorithm, the date, its counts and a legend. The list of runs exports as CSV from Discovery runs.
